Our story begins and ends with family. Leo and his wife Florence came to Detroit from Italy in 1958 and, with his wife’s brothers, began selling produce door-to-door. His reputation for quality goods, reliable service, and dependability led to the opening of a handful of stores and a loyal client base that was, and still is, treated like family. Now, 60 years later, Leo’s son Sam is in charge, continuing Leonardo’s commitment to providing fresh produce and goods, crafting fresh ideas, and fostering steadfast relationships.
